We take great pride in the quality and excellent value of our products. If for any reason an item fails to meet your expectations, we will assist you with a prompt refund.

Return the item within 30 days of order received in a new and unused condition and we will gladly credit your account for the full amount less the shipping and handling fees. Credit will be made in the same form as the original payment type. Returns received after 30 days will be issued a store credit.  

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Fill out the Return Form included in your shipment or click here for a Fill-0ut printable Return Form (PDF), Please be sure to complete the necessary information for credit, including name billing address, and order number. Please be sure to indicate the items you are returning and the proper reason code for the return.  

Return the form with the merchandise you want refunded any way that is convenient for you, including United Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx

For your convenience, we have provided a pre-addressed return label in your Return Form. Please note that the fee for shipping the package must be paid for the customer. We will not accept "Bill Recipient" packages.  

Please follow the following instructions: 

1.      Affix the pre-addressed return label to your package.

2.      Package the return and seal securely with tape.

3.      Please send your return package back by insured USPS mail, UPS or FedEx.  

A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear in your credit card statement.
